Underwriting

TD Securities is a leading underwriter of municipal bonds and notes in the competitive market for issues of NJ, PA, NY & DE. In addition, we structure and underwrite negotiated transactions on behalf of issuers of private activity bonds (e.g., health care, education and other not-for-profit institutions). We sell both fixed-rate and variable-rate debt. Our equity base allows us to assume significant underwriting positions, as well as to accommodate significant inventory levels.

Market Makers

Focusing our secondary trading activities in NJ, PA, NY & DE, we have become active market makers of all bond and note issues in those states. Swaps
